Allan Fea Biography
Allan Fea (1857-1926) was a British historian and antiquarian. He was born in London and educated at Oxford University. He began his career as a teacher and later became a lecturer in history at Oxford. Fea was a prolific writer, publishing numerous books and articles on various historical topics. He is best known for his work on the Tudor period, particularly his biography of Queen Elizabeth I. Fea also had a keen interest in archaeology and was a member of several societies devoted to the study of antiquities. He died in 1926 at the age of 69.
